Meet Pooja

Pooja's Patisserie began the way the best bakeries do — with one person who couldn't stop making cakes for the people she loves. Today, Pooja runs her boutique custom cake studio in Katy as a family-run, women-owned business, creating made-to-order cakes for birthdays, weddings, and every celebration in between across the greater Houston area.

Every cake here is baked from scratch, with no preservatives — just real ingredients, real buttercream, and a lot of care. Pooja personally works with every customer, from the first inspiration photo you send to the final delivery.
